Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CreatorStar website, tools, and platform (the “Service”) operated by CreatorStar (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

3. Your account

Some features require an account, which is created on the CreatorStar product application. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes.

4. Subscriptions, billing & payment

• Paid plans. Some features require a paid subscription. The plans, prices, and billing cycles (monthly or yearly) are shown on our pricing page or at checkout. Applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax) may be added where required.
• Payment via Stripe. We use Stripe to process payments. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method. We never receive or store your full card number — that data is handled directly by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider. See Stripe’s terms at stripe.com/legal.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Price changes. We may change our fees with reasonable advance notice. Any change applies starting with your next billing cycle after the notice.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry it or suspend access to paid features until payment is received.

5. Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Unless required by applicable law, fees that have already been charged are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

If you believe you were charged in error, or if applicable law entitles you to a refund, contact us at support@creatorstar.com within a reasonable time and we will review your request.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or compromise the Service’s systems or security;
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute data from the Service without permission;
• Infringe the rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights, of any person; or
• Interfere with other users’ use of the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Creator profiles shown on the Service reflect publicly available information from third-party platforms.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services (for example, Stripe for payments, analytics, and social platforms whose data we display). We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties, and their terms and policies apply to your use of them.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that creator data is accurate, complete, or current.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, officers, and employees) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or where no amount was paid, to the minimum required by law.

11. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your activity creates risk or legal exposure for us, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability) remain in effect after termination.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other appropriate means. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
